Subject: I-693 medical eval for $100 to $200

Good morning:

I just wanted to share information about our clinic that may be very important for your immigration clients. I personally have been performing the I-693 medical exam for over 6 years. Recently had my second anniversary at Feel Better Medical LLC.

We are a fully bilingual practice(Eng/Span) in which immigration exams are about 70% of the volume. We do walk-in and sometimes weekend appointments for convenience. Our rates are probably the most affordable in the Tampa bay area. This fact is very valuable when you are helping say, a family of 4; there could be significant savings and make the drive worthwhile.

As of October 1st the USCIS required exam changed from PPD to a Quantiferon test for tuberculosis. Syphilis, Gonorrhea, review of vaccines and physical medical exam plus sealed envelope continue to be standard components of the examination. Form I-693 is $200 and that includes everything except vaccines. Children under 2 years old is $100.00, Children from 2 to 14 is $150.00.

Best regards,

Emilio L. Perez M.D.
